A little bit about Hilti
Hilti provides leading-edge technology to the global construction industry. The headquarters of the Hilti Group is in Liechtenstein, with production plants and R&D centers in Europe and Asia. The company employs roughly 22,000 people in more than 120 countries around the world with 2017 sales of 5.3 Billion CHF.
Hilti’s China sales were more than RMB 660 million in 2017. It has over 400 employees located in over 30 cities and over 800 employees in 2 plants. Hilti aims to grow its China business substantially through a comprehensive strategy that includes extensive national expansion of coverage and organization and development of a range of products designed specifically for the local Chinese market. Growth has been strong, and a China 2020 Strategy is underway involving expansion to 43 cities, greater penetration of segments, and localization of product.

Hilti is currently recruiting for the next generation of high-performing, multi-lingual, post-graduate talents to take the company forward with their Outperformer Global Management Development Program. It’s a two-year program consisting of a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. Hilti is also hiring for Management Associate positions, located in China as well.
