Will Kintish qualified as a chartered accountant in 1971 and was in general practice for the next 30 years. In 2000 he changed his career and since then shows thousands in the academic, professional and financial communities how to become more effective and confident networkers. With the ubiquitous use of social media, social networking and mobile devices, the quaint and old-fashioned face-to-face relationship is fast losing the communications race. Will speaks loudly that the old-fashioned way still must be the best for building relationships.

He is a published author of the bestselling book “The Networking Survival Guide and has presented to 90,000+ people over 1500 times. He has been awarded the Professional Speaking Award of Excellence, the highest accolade available in the speaking profession. Amber Wigmore Alvarez, PhD MBA

Considered one of the foremost references in Employability and the Future of Work on a global scale, Amber Wigmore Álvarez was recently appointed Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of Highered EFMD Global Career Services.

Amber brings more than 8 years of experience from the world of global career services at top-ranked IE, where she was until most recently Executive Director of Talent & Careers, managing a team of more than 37 talent professionals who delivered services to 6,000 students and 65,000 alumni globally, increasing satisfaction on behalf of students, alumni and more than 4,000 corporate partners and organizations.

As a Doctor of Economics and Business Science, Amber’s research is focused on University Social Responsibility (USR) and business ethics. She holds an International MBA from IE, as well as a BA in Hispanic Studies and International Economics from Wheaton College (Norton, Massachusetts), where she received a largely feminist education, which has driven her on her mission to empower women in their careers.
