Highered has teamed up with PepsiCo to begin asking students just that –  what is the next big game-changing idea in building the ideal customer experience in the world of digitization? The PepsiCo Game Changer Competition asks students to submit a design which includes a forward-thinking,  consumer-centric experience that creates brand loyalty. Pepsi wants to see innovative technology and a connection back to PepsiCo’s Performance with Purpose agenda, all while providing consumers what they want, when they want it, and how they want it.


The five winning entries will be selected based on these four criteria:

Technology: Uses new or existing technology to improve the consumer journey.

Brand Loyalty: Showcases how PepsiCo can increase consumers loyalty to the brands.

Creativity & Innovation: The most creative and unique thinking to deliver the ideal customer experience.

Performance with Purpose: Showcases how PepsiCo can inspire consumers to choose products that leave a positive imprint on society and the environment.


Winners get to experience a four-day trip to Atlanta for a resume-boosting Super Bowl LIII experience, including a ticket to Super Bowl LIII! Winner will also have the opportunity to network with PepsiCo team members across disciplines (and maybe even land an interview for your dream job). Of course, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how Pepsi pulls off the Pepsi Super Bowl LIII Halftime Show.
